The Department of Hotel Bakery&Cafe Management is fostering professionals who will lead the bakery industry that continues to change and grow. Currently, the largest number of students in the country are learning bakery, where they receive a step-by-step block education on confectionery, bakery, and crafts.
The bachelor's degree program also teaches executives with practical skills who are trained in food and beverage, entrepreneurship, and management along with confectionery and bakery practical training. In the food and beverages department, we focus on coffee, wine, cocktails, and tea. In the entrepreneurship & management part, we are trained in marketing, financial management, brand, space design, interior, and so on. Through this, you can enter both bakery and food and beverage fields, and become a bakery & cafe expert who can start up and manage.
