The Department of Hotel Bakery is fostering professionals who will lead the bakery industry that continues to change and grow. Currently, the largest number of students in the country are learning bakery, where they receive a step-by-step block education on confectionery, bakery, and crafts.
In the Associate degree program, you become a practical expert through technology-oriented training. In addition to basic confectionery and baking, you can learn advanced courses such as desserts, cake decorations, brunch, sandwiches, natural fermentation, sugar crafts, chocolate crafts and marzipan crafts. Through this specialized curriculum, we have accumulated excellent awards at various competitions. After graduation, we will enter various fields such as hotel bakery, resort, window bakery, and restaurant.
